41st Biennial Convention- Highlights The 41st Biennial Convention of Pi Omega Pi met in Chicago, April 9-11, 2009 at the Chicago Marriott. A social featuring authentic Chicago pizza kicked off the convention for chapters in attendance. Dr. Mark Lehman, Professor from Mississippi State University, gave the keynote address to members at the Opening General Session. Several chapter presentations were featured on Friday. Brooks Mayes of Alpha Pi Chapter was elected as Student Representative at the Closing General Session. A panel of sponsors shared activities that led to their chapters' success. The Top Ten Chapters were announced as well as chapter and sponsor recognitions.
