   What is Northwest Missouri Regional Culture of Character?

        The Northwest Missouri Regional Culture of Character is a collaborative effort of schools,  

       businesses, industries, families, and communities to improve the overall climate of our

       community.

   How?

        In order for this initiative to have the greatest impact, area schools, businesses, industries,  

        families, and communities will partner in order to make a primary focus on promoting character

        development.

   Goals?

       The goals for the Northwest Missouri Regional Culture of Character initiative are as follows:

       1.  To create a culture at school, in the work place, in the community, and in the home where

            character building is the norm and not the exception.

       2.  Purposely create a diversified learning-space for conversations to take place between student,

            teacher, child, parent, employer, and employee.

   What can you do? Commit

       The Northwest Missouri Culture of Character invites you to help “set the PACE” by joining with  

       schools, businesses, industries, families, and communities in demonstrating character 

       excellence in our region.  There is no cost to become a partner.  We only ask that you do ONE 

       thing each month that corresponds with the trait of the month (post the word of the month on your

       marquee, post it on your website, include the word in a newsletter or in staff training).
