The cost to attend No Frills 2008 is $56 for delegates and $81 for advisors. T-shirts are available for an additional charge of $8. The fee for the T-shirt(s) will be billed to your institution. Examples of the t-shirts are shown at the bottom of this page.
All delegations and bid teams attending the conference need to register their schools (using the Institutional Registration Form) by December 01, 2007. After your institution is registered you (or your NCC) can register delegates’ individual information (using the Individual/Delegate Registration Form) by January 12, 2008. Beginning on January 13, 2008 there will be a $25.00 fee assessed to your institution's invoice for late registrations or any changes to previsouly entered registration forms (with the exception of same-gender changes, though we cannot guarantee a nametag for those last-mainute changes).
Checklists are provided in the column on the right that indicate what information is needed before the forms can be submitted (that way you know what information to collect before your NCC begins the registration process).
Your institution (by way of the designated primary contact) will receive an electronic invoice after you submit all of the Individual Registration Forms. Invoices will be sent via email to your institution's priamry contact person. Please make checks payable to Northwest Missouri State University and remit payment to: Northwest Missouri State University, attn: Residential Life/No Frills 2008, 800 University Drive, Maryville MO 64468. Checks should be received at Northwest by February 1, 2008.
Each delegate is required to bring a completed Delegate Waiver Form to the conference. One of these must be on file with the conference staff before the delegate can receive his/her keys to the hotel.
