Hey MACURH!  It is with great pleasure that I invite you to experience No Frills 2008 at Northwest Missouri State University.  I am currently a senior at Northwest, majoring in Speech Communication with a minor in Psychology.  Throughout my years at Northwest, I have stayed very involved in Residential Life.  I currently serve as the Assistant Hall Director for the Forest Village Apartments here on campus.  My previous experience includes two years as an RA and one year at the NRHH Vice President.  Since coming to Northwest I have attended four MACURH conferences, two No Frills conferences, and one NACURH conference.  I have had many types of experiences on those delegations, such as: serving as a first time delegate, presenting numerous programs, PCC, and assisting the NCC in the boardroom.  MACURH is very important to me and I am so excited that you have given me the chance to serve the region as chair for No Frills 2008: The BEARminimum!  Remember, while attending No Frills, “Only YOU Can Prevent Frills!”
