While at the conference you will be enjoying great food services from Northwest Missouri State University’s contracted food provider, ARAMARK. The University and ARAMARK have a great relationship and we have been working with them closely to put together great meal options for you to enjoy while here. Friday Evening Dining Options and Snacks We are pleased to recommend the following dining places for your delegation to enjoy before the business gets started: Appleebee's A & G's (Family/Greek Restaurant) La Bonita (Mexican Restaurant) The Mandarin (Chinese Restaurant) Carson's Sports Grill Bubba's BBQ Large selection of Fast Food Restaurants
During your business meetings we understand that you may get tired and want a break. This is why we are pleased to offer you the following snacks on Friday evening while you are in your meetings: Lemonade Saturday Breakfast Breakfast will be available at the University on the 3rd Floor of the J.W. Jones Student Union before your meetings begin. This will be provided by ARAMARK and will include the following: Coffee Saturday Lunch We know you will be ready for a nice break from meetings and will want to get together with your delegation for a little stress relief. This is why lunch will be in the Ballroom. Lunch will consist of the following provided by ARAMARK: Iced Tea Banquet Now it is time to sit back, relax, and take a breather as your business is over. We will be supplying you with a great catered meal by ARAMARK. The banquet meal will be served, so there will be no waiting in lines and you can just take a seat and let ARAMARK’s great staff do the work. The banquet meal will consist of the following: Chicken Fried Steak Special Dietary Needs ARAMARK has assured us that they will be more than happy to accommodate any dietary needs for the conference delegates. You will need to provide the necessary information when registering. There will be a place on the registration page for you to inform us of any special needs. Please feel confident that we will be able to take care of your needs. Hospitality Room Because of the close proximity of the two hotels, literally steps away, there will be one hospitality room located on the first floor of the Holiday Inn. This hospitality room will be monitored each night to make sure that the No Frills delegates are provided with enough food to fuel them for the next day of business. Reading bids and discussing legislation is important for delegates. Knowing this, a reading room will be designated in addition to the hospitality room. |
Note: The No Frills 2008 staff will not be offering carbonated, caffeinated beverages during the conference. These beverages will be available for purchase in the hotel soda machines and the Northwest food court.
