Enroll in Northwest

How do I enter Northwest Missouri State University?

If you want to study in the English as a Second Language Program and you want to know that you can study in Northwest Missouri State University, you must do steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the ESL Program application (see Enroll in ESL)and these steps:

5. Answer all the questions on the International Student Application form. To fill out this form online, click here. To download the form and print it out, go to www.nwmissouri.edu and click on International Application. Or you can e-mail or write to us and we will send you an application.

6. Ask your high school for transcripts. (Transcripts are papers that show your grades.)

7. Ask your high school for a paper that says you finished high school.

8. If these papers are in another language, they must be translated into English.

9. If you went to a college or university, you must get the same papers (as in step 6, step 7 if you earned a degree or completed a program, and step 8) from that school.

10. Send all these papers to the address below, along with a check or giro for $50 (U.S. dollars) payable to Northwest Missouri State University:
