Important Policy Information

 

Effective immediately

The following changes will be incorporated into Northwest Missouri Regional Credit Unions policies.

 

Loan reversals will only be processed if the member has an extra pay.  In a month or a bonus paycheck:

A. Weekly paycheck-if member receives 5 in one month

B. Biweekly paycheck-if member receives three in one month

C. Monthly paycheck-if member receives two in one month

The reversal will only be processed after the extra paycheck or bonus check has been received at the Credit Union.

 

Return fees and overdraft processing fees will increase December 17, 2007.

Returned items from the Checks pulled on December 14 will be included in the new fees.

A. Overdraft processing fees will be increased to $2.00 per item with a maximum charge of $20.00 per day

B. Returned charges for checks and ACH withdrawals, and ATM/debit overdrafts will be increased to $20.00 per item

 

**Already in effect. If you are delinquent on a loan 15 days or more, you must make at least a $50 payment (or the amount of the check), or bring the loan current before we will cash or deposit your check.

 

Reminder: members who have an overdraft protection loan attached to their checking accounts will have their overdraft protection transfer privileges revoked if their account is showing more than 45 days past due these privileges will be reinstated once the delinquency has been resolved.

Dividends were paid on July 1, 2008 on daily average account balances of $100.00 or more. A rate of 1.25% was declared on the maximum tier. Dividends for April, May and June are shown on your July statement.
